Create public teleport points for your shops or builds.

- /pw [name] — Teleport directly to a specific player warp.
- /pw set [name] — Create a new warp at your current location.
- /pw remove [name] — Delete one of your existing warps.
- /pw list — Browse the directory of all active player warps.
- /pw desc set [name] [text] — Add a description to your warp icon.
